Getting to the HospitalThe Cornwall Community Hospital currently operates out of two sites: the McConnell Avenue Site, and the Second Street Site. The Emergency Department is located at the McConnell Avenue Site. Print out this page for a handy map and driving directions.

McConnell Avenue SiteDirections from Ottawa
Take the Queensway east and continue on Highway 417 towards Montreal. Just past the town of Casselman, take the Cornwall exit and proceed south on Highway 138. Highway 138 ends at Cornwall Centre Road. Turn left onto Cornwall Centre Road and proceed east to McConnell Avenue. Turn right onto McConnell Avenue and proceed south past the second traffic light. The McConnell Avenue Site is on the left. $5.00 paid parking is available north and south of the hospital. Limited metered emergency parking is available on the south side of the hospital.

Directions from Montreal
Take Autoroute 40 or 20 west to Highway 401. Proceed west to Cornwall and take the McConnell Avenue exit. Turn right onto McConnell Avenue and proceed south past the second traffic light. The McConnell Avenue Site is on the left. $5.00 paid parking is available north and south of the hospital. Limited metered emergency parking is available on the south side of the hospital.

Directions from Toronto
Take Highway 401 east to Cornwall and take the McConnell Avenue exit. Turn right onto McConnell Avenue and proceed south past the second traffic light. The Hotel Dieu Hospital is on the left. $5.00 paid parking is available north and south of the hospital. Limited metered emergency parking is available on the south side of the hospital.

Directions from Massena and Malone New York
Take Highway 37 to the Seaway International Bridge. Proceed north across the bridge to Cornwall. Continue north on Brookdale Avenue just past the traffic circle to Ninth Street. Proceed east on Ninth Street and right onto McConnell. The McConnell Avenue Site is on the left. $5.00 paid parking is available north and south of the hospital. Limited metered emergency parking is available on the south side of the hospital.

Second Street Site
Directions from Ottawa
