Community Withdrawal Management Services
Who We Serve
People age 16 or older needing assistance with withdrawal from alcohol and/or other drugs. Program participants will:
- Voluntarily enter the program
- Be willing to develop an individualized plan of care for withdrawal management
- Be medically stable
- Be screened and assessed to determine appropriate level and intensity of services required
People may be seen individually, in our offices, their home or any other safe and supportive “homelike” setting.

Location and Hours of Operation:
- Day Program (Early Recovery Skills Group) :Monday to Friday 0800 – 1600
- Outreach Service (home visits) Client’s home: Monday to Friday 0900 – 1700
- Observation Unit: Monday to Friday 0800 – 1600
- ED/Hospital Support:Monday to Friday 1400 – 2200, Saturday/Sunday – 1100 – 1900
