for the much-anticipated return of MyChart™, arriving on Wednesday, May
15th, 2024, for patients, families, and caregivers at CCH!
MyChart™
provides remote and mobile access to hospital medical records, Ontario lab
results, self-tracking, monitoring tools and more, empowering individuals to
take charge of their health journey.
Starting
May 15th:
- All patient records
accessible through MyChart™ previously will be restored to their former
availability.
- Health records generated
during the MyChart™ offline period will be available.
- New registrations for
MyChart™ will open.
- NEW: We're excited to
introduce automated appointment reminders directly within MyChart™ for
most CCH clinics!
IF YOU ALREADY USE MYCHART, YOU DON'T NEED TO REGISTER AGAIN. JUST LOG IN AS USUAL TO SEE YOUR RESTORED RECORDS. ONLY NEW USERS NEED TO REGISTER.
