Community Withdrawal Management Services

This program continues to provide safe and supportive client-centered community withdrawal management services that are readily accessible, culturally sensitive and provided in both English and French. Services are provided in the most suitable environment.

People may be seen individually, in our offices, their home or any other safe and supportive “homelike” setting.

Who We Serve

People age 16 or older needing assistance with withdrawal from alcohol and/or other drugs. Program participants will:


  • Voluntarily enter the program
  • Be willing to develop an individualized plan of care for withdrawal management
  • Be medically stable
  • Be screened and assessed to determine appropriate level and intensity of services required

Location and Hours of Operation:

  • Day Program (Early Recovery Skills Group) :Monday to Friday 0800 – 1600
  • Outreach Service (home visits) Client’s home: Monday to Friday 0900 – 1700
  • Observation Unit: Monday to Friday 0800 – 1600
  • ED/Hospital Support:Monday to Friday 1400 – 2200, Saturday/Sunday – 1100 – 1900
